Vision

Being able to see someone elses vission is not always easy, especially when you are faced with a building site, with just empty walls and a lot of dust and rubble. However, from a simple, single, concept drawing ( picture postcard size) Bespoke Fabrication Ltd designed, attained structural calculations and built the following.

As you can see from the pictures on the left only the steel floor beams were in place. We worked very closely with the builder on this project and from a simple postcard size drawing produced our own working drawings and structural calculations, for building inspectors approval and our own fabrication. We then manufactured all the structural steel work and stainless steel staircases and balustrades

We installed a curved structural walkway with stainless steel wall brackets. This was later finished by Bespoke Fabrication Ltd with a 2" or 50mm diameter satin polished stainless steel balustrade. This area was curved and contained 4 specially manufactured glass panels that were heat formed to our patterns. It was all linked into a further 9 rise stair case to the second floor and a simple stair and walkway to the first floor and a spiral staircase to the ground floor.

This spiral staircase was constructed using 5"satin polished stainless steel tube support with satin stainless steel treads. The center of the treads were profile cut with a toughened glass tread fitted. This gave the stair a natural light and opened up the lower level of this development.

The finished article, high quality work with a continuos handrail. All mitres and joins fully ground flush and polished so that you cannot see them. Our balustrade is designed to stand the test of time and really is low maintainance. We offer several different designs of glass clamp and fixings.

There are many different types and finishes of glass avaiable, clear, frosted or tinted. Should you require we can offer a protective coating that cuts down on fingerprints and make the glass much easier to clean.
